Nancy Do

Nancy Do is a queer, BIPOC, social equity operator who has over a decade of experience in the California cannabis industry. The daughter of Vietnamese refugees, Nancy was raised in Eastside San Jose. She obtained her B.A. in Sociology and Education from University of California, Berkeley. Nancy Do’s path to the cannabis industry began with a backdrop of both tragedy and hope. As a result of losing her mother to suicide at a very young age, she empathized deeply with the toll that battling chronic pain takes on individuals and their families. Her intimate understanding of how cannabis could transform the quality of life for those suffering with treatable ailments led Nancy to start Endo Industries. Before discovering her true passion in cannabis, Nancy was a sommelier and helped open bars and restaurants. She went on to build a wine importing and distribution company. In the past decade, her cannabis nursery was one of the largest in California and the largest vendor of clones. As the facilities were still expanding in 2016, the company was raided and Nancy was arrested and charged with four felonies over her cannabis operations. Nancy has since rebuilt her entire life from the ground-up. Through her relentless dedication, Nancy persevered in attaining the whole vertical of San Francisco equity licenses in nursery/cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and delivery.
