FEBRUARY 19, 2020 10:30AM - 11:30AM (ROOM 210) Keynote: The Multi-State Operator Roundtable: A Look at Business Plans & Operating Models

Beth Stavola is a leading cannabis female entrepreneur, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Member of Ianthus Capital (CSE: IAN, OTCQX: ITHUF), a leading diversified cannabis company with operations in 11 states permitted to open 63 retail locations and 15 cultivation/processing facilities.  Their super-regional footprints in both eastern and western United States will reach over 121 potential customers in Arizona, Maryland, Nevada, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont, Colorado, and New Mexico. Beth is also the CEO of MPX New Jersey and was awarded one of the coveted vertically integrated ATC licenses in December 2018 with plans to open growing, production, and dispensary operations in South New Jersey by the end of 2019.

Beth played a key role in the Ianthus/MPX combination, one of the most transformational mergers in the cannabis industry to date. Before the combination, Beth previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, President of US Operations, and Board Member of MPX Bioceutical Corporation (CSE: MPX; OTC: MPXEF), a US national and international diversified cannabis company focused on the medical and adult use cannabis markets with successful grow, production, and dispensary operations throughout Arizona, Nevada, Maryland, Massachusetts, California, and Canada.

In 2017 Cannabis Business Executive named Beth #3 on the “CBE 75 Most Important Women In Cannabis” list for being a true pioneer cannabis operator and is one of the only female C-Suite executives in the public, multi-state cannabis companies. Beth is also the founder and CEO of the top CBD self-care and wellness brand, CBD For Life, a privately held company that provides customers with the benefits of cannabinoids while avoiding unwanted psychoactive effects and is currently sold in all 50 states with international expansion set for the second half of 2019.

Ms. Stavola has successfully established the Health for Life brand from inception to significant sales/cash flow within 5 years time and maintains one of the most stellar compliance records in the state of Arizona, receiving a 100% score on the last several state compliance audits.  Given this record, Beth was able to establish a banking relationship for the business, which is not an easy feat in this industry.  Health for Life is one of the most recognized brands of cannabis dispensary, cultivation, and processors in Arizona. Beth is also the creator of Melting Point Extracts (MPX), which has become an extremely well respected and sought after brand in Arizona and Nevada. MPX recently won the Phoenix New Times Best Concentrates of 2016 and the 2016 Jack Herrer Cup in Las Vegas.  They specialize in hydrocarbon, CO2, and solvent-less extractions to offer a wide and diverse selection of high-quality cannabis concentrates.

In February 2016, Ms. Stavola launched CBD for Life, a company that produces highly innovative, natural, luxurious, and effective Cannabidiol (CBD) infused pain management and beauty products using 99% pure CBD extract derived from stems and stalks of industrial hemp.  CBD for Life is headquartered in New Jersey where the products are produced in a large-scale contract manufacturing facility. All products are 95% naturally derived and are free of GMO’s, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, artificial coloring and are never tested on animals. Rave reviews from mainstream prominent beauty publications and bloggers and client testimonials have been flooding in since the launch.

Beth holds the esteemed honor of being named as one of the leading medical cannabis expert entrepreneurs on the floor of the House of Representatives in 2014 by Congresswoman Dina Titus. She holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Monmouth University and spent most of her Wall Street career at Jefferies and Company.  The medical cannabis business was an investment initially that transformed into her life’s true passion to holistically help others and create a lucrative business at the same time. Women-owned and operated businesses are the minority in the cannabis industry and Beth continues to sponsor organizations promoting and elevating women in this industry including the Women in the Business section of the 710 Chronicle. Beth resides in New Jersey with her beautiful family and is proud to be the mother of 6 children.
